ABOUT ME

Regardless of where we are, there is always a place for empathy, and I would like to be a willing vessel for anyone who seeks it.

Life is challenging. Sometimes, we avoid our feelings until they demand our attention. Our emotions can feel overwhelming and stand in the way of our desires. My goal is to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can find hope and relief.

With eight years of church leadership experience, I am well-versed in religious counseling, spiritual abuse, and the complexities of processing internal beliefs and identity.

Having lived in France, I have gained a worldview that emphasizes how culture and childhood development shape who we are. My therapy style incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Developmental Theory.

Together, we can address the pain and emotions of your past, identify patterns, and give attention to the hurt that prevents you from feeling whole. Starting therapy can be daunting, but I want to journey with you, providing insight, encouragement, and healing. I strive to maintain a non-judgmental approach in helping others. I understand how complex our life journeys are and recognize that everyone is in a different place with their own perspectives, history, and beliefs. My aim is to create a space where you find acceptance and hope, wherever you are on your journey.
